Customer Service Representative NEEDED
A reputable business consulting firm in Lagos seeks to fill the post of a Customer Service representative.
The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions;
suggesting information about other products and services.
Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
The responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
- Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Preparing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Managing large amounts of incoming calls
- Generating sales leads.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
-Minimum/No experience required (On the Job training available).
- Minimum of OND/HND
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be proficient in basic microsoft package,(PowerPoint,Word,Excel).
- Must be friendly,polite and empathetic.
